Nashville, Tn

The Nashville Predators came back from an early 1-0 deficit to beat the St. Louis Blues 3-1 before a crowd of 17, 259 at Bridgestone Arena, The Predators got 2 goals from Calle Jarnkrok (2,3), a goal by James Neal (4), and Pekka Rinne stopped 23 of 24 shots on goal.

The Blues got on the scoreboard in the 1st with a goal by Jaden Schwartz (3) to lead 1-0 after 1. Jarnkrok scored his first goal of the game late in the 2nd period to tie the game 1-1 after 2, beating former Predators goalie Carter Hutton. The goal came on the heels of a 5 on 3 kill by the Blues to seize the momentum going into intermission.

James Neal put the Predators up for good 3:44 into the 3rd and Jarnkrok added the insurance marker just 1:06 later for the 3-1 lead.

Nashville has now garnered points in 5 straight games. Next up is the Anaheim Ducks Saturday night.
