The #5 ranked Kentucky Wildcats downed the Vanderbilt Commodores 87-81 Tuesday night at Memorial Gymnasium. The game was tight throughout with the Wildcats pulling away at the end from the foul line. Four players from each team scored in double figures. Vanderbilt had three players with 19 points apiece: Riley LaChance, Jeff Roberson, and Matthew Fisher Davis. Luke Kornet netted 16 points as well. Isaiah Briscoe paced the Wildcats with 23, De’Aaron Fox scored 22, Malik Monk had 18, and Edrice Adebayo chipped in 14.The Wildcats improved to 4-0 in the SEC while the Commodores evened their record at 2-2. The Commodores will next host rival University of Tennessee on Saturday night.
